Our Chocolate Tales After School Program includes a variety of hands-on activities. Your child will be captivated while learning and exploring the art of chocolate making. All our activities are hands-on and all about chocolate. Let your child become a recreational Chocolatier with our 4 day program. Each session duration - 75 minutes . We will ship all the supplies directly to your home, as well as a full checklist of required kitchen items. *Hosted via zoom by one of our Chocolatiers. ***Participants craft 120+ chocolates during our program!***

Program Outline
Day 1 - Tempering with Chocolate & Applications
Duration: 75 Minutes
Day 2 - Chocolate Making from Scratch & Chocolate Lollipop Making
Duration: 75 Minutes
Day 3 - Ganache Making, Flavouring and Tasting
Duration: 75 Minutes
Day 4 - Truffle Making; French, Belgian and North American
Duration: 75 Minutes

Schedule: Our program will run for four weeks from your selected start date, and every Monday.
