A thrilling and delicious blend of entertainment and hands-on edible fun, our chocolatier will arrive at your location and share the secrets of chocolate making. We start with a brief history of chocolate: Bean to bar including chocolate tasters along the way. Moving on to a demonstration on chocolate tempering and moulding with audience participation. Next, we make specialty Belgian truffles; cutting, dipping & enrobing (various truffles types), and we also create gourmet-fancy chocolate lollipops and French mendiants followed by dipping marshmallows in molten chocolate. Everyone packages up their own-ribbon-tied parcels filled with decadent chocolate creations.
